What a chunk! This hefty, but sturdy journal was made from a piece of Padauk. It was sown onto cords and the spine left exposed to show off the textures and to be a juxtaposition to the smooth finished edges of the paper and page design. The end papers were created from hand made paste papers. The interior pages have been printed with a dot grid. While Chunkie may look overwhelming, it is actually a joy to hold in your hand.
